Refund & Exchange Policy

At UrbanFlexs, we truly appreciate your trust and support. We work hard to make sure every order meets your expectations.

Please note:

• We do not accept refunds or exchanges unless you received the wrong product, the wrong size, or there is a clear issue with the product you ordered.
• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the same packaging you received it in.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Orders over EGP 1,000 are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there was an error with your order.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 6 days of receiving it, and we’ll gladly look into it for you.
